Musical Interlude

Hello!
Just thought I'd write a little post to let you know if any body is following this blog that I have started to put in youtube videos of music with some pieces that basically inspire me.  They could have been what I had been listening to during the period of time when I wrote the piece, (we all know how we listen to a sad love song when we've broken up with someone etc).  Or something I believe to be appropriate to the poem (basically describes the same sort of feelings or themes that I am portraying through the words of my work).  But, if some of the songs don't fit the words... then they are just because that piece of music meant something to me, the person I'm writing about or the moment.  I think we can all agree that music along with poetry is an extremely expressive art form, and music can create different or synchronize with the emotions of the person listening.  Or some gay shit like that.  Anyway, I hope if you have actually read some of my work out of interest (and not just because I've been begging it with the link shares on your facebook walls) then you are getting a feel of who I am, and what I've felt... and I'm hoping the music will add to this.  I may just stick something on because it's a pure tune though.. like these...

(although even this has TPK memories...arggh! see no music comes without meaning!!!)

P.s... It's probably the right thing to do to point out that the above picture of me spinning the vinyl is an absolute farce.  I had a go on my mate's decks and was a fucking spanner.  I have no DJ skills whatsoever.  But the photo makes me look bad-ass.
