The Place

Walk toward the place, your feet tripping over you with every break

of gripping excitement to be one with the force, hands shake,

no indictment or remorse, for the life that's you've been leading,

only humility and with your whole self pleading

to be at one with this cosmic climactic vibration

of nature, not just intact with the nation

but you send hope to those that you've mixed with,

hope that their own problems can be fixed, and give

your energy back to the Earth, and for those who walk it

I'm speaking of my rebirth, and I'm gonna talk a bit

of ecstasy, but not the chemical kind,

the belonging, the commemorative bind

to everything, and yourself you will find

something, look ahead not behind
